5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Frank and Arlo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love our dog accessories! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may reach out to discuss the return of the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging and management agrees that there is a fault in the quality of the goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product has been inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
